Not sure what it is but thought of you guys when I spotted the Cycle Truck-style yard art the other day in Akaroa, New Zealand.
Al of the old bikes here are of European/English descent so it's often difficult to tell quite what they are. There is an EXTREMELY healthy bike culture here, in the cities it's not uncommon to see bikes parked along the sidewalk side-by-side the entire length of a city block, motorcycles too.
