Found out sprocket is copper under a thin layer of chrome. I'm kinda liking the look though

Nice Dyno should bee sweet when rebuilt.

They almost always plate copper first, because chrome has bad adhesion on steel. But chrome has good adhesion on copper, and copper has great adhesion on steel
