Denver Crusiers?

I haven't been yet, Wednesdays are a busy day for me and my family. But there are some newer clubs around town that if I wanted to, I could hit a ride every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and ocassionally on Saturday.
missed this thread (before I actually joined).
I've been doing the rides for 2 years. Awesome time. I didn't actually ride a cruise for any of them though (just bought my first cruiser/project right before the last ride last week).
There will likely be a halloween ride in the next 3 weeks. Last years was awesome and the party went till 5am.

When we went to Tour De Fat in Fort Collins, on the Thursday before we go to TDF, we go to Boulder for their Happy Thursday ride. There I was talking to one of the guys that organized the Boulder ride ( 17 years ago) and he mentioned the Denver Wednesday night ride. He said it was growing like crazy and that the Denver organizer was an original Boulder Cruizer that had moved to Denver and started that ride and a publication called KICKSTAND. Next year I'm going to Denver on Wednesday for that ride, then to Boulder on Thursday for that ride, then to Fort Collins on Friday for a tour of New Belgium Brewery, and then Tour De Fat on Saturday. Just wish I didn't have to wait so long, almost a year. Until then I will be happy to ride here IN Wichita with the Coaster BC on Thursday nights.
They ride any thing lots of townies some custom a swing bike, side cars ,coffin trailer music systems, fixies, choppers and a lowrider or two. Lots of beer. The rides start at the Gin Mill bar downtown. They have a planned route to the next bars with a stop at the State Capitol Amphitheater for the "Circle of Death "

Beer Yes, Its basically a booze cruise. Starts at a bar and goes to 3 or 4 others. The riding itself isnt very much. Different costumes and different bars every week. If you like to party its for you, if you like to go for a ride, try another club. I dont do it anymore because I end up too wasted to ride and have crashed twice. I didnt get the nickname Flipper for nothing. There is also a Highland Cruiser club that is more ride oriented on Friday nights.
