Looks like a great place to ride in the winter. I usually desert ride thru the winter as well, then move to the higher altitudes in the summer.
I agree with your weather observations. I hope those that those who are still buried start to melt off soon. I have family in the mountains a state north who have 25+ft snowbanks in front of their houses.
Ive seen more different days of flakes or hail flying here in north Las Vegas than i have for about 20 years. Windy and rain have been more than recent years as well.
