So I know this isn't the coolest rat but here is what I ended up with for what little time I found to resurect it.
The Schwinn Cadillac DeVille I think it falls somewhere between rat, lowrider and ghost resto but the wife likes it and
when the weather warms up maybe she'll ride with me a little more
