I see set ups for converting road bikes to indoor trainers. Has anyone come up with a stationary setup for riding the cruiser indoors off season?

Depending on the wheel base cruisers can be ridden on standard rollers.
Some issues will be:
Knobby tires do not rides well on rollers.
Long wheel base bikes will need longer frame rails for the rollers.
You can make your own rollers but you need access to a lathe to turn the end caps.
The rollers them selves can be made out of PVC pipe.
