Does anyone make sprockets?

My favorite band is Soundgarden (and they should be everyone's favorite band...) and I think it would kick some serious butt if I could have a sprocket that looks like their album art from badmotorfinger. If it's possible I'm sure it's pretty expensive, but that would be pretty sweet!
