Does This Beast Qualify As A Muscle-bike??

I realize that it's some ancient off-road BMX-type thingee, but it does have a loaf-style seat and it is most certainly muscular. It might be fun to add ape-hangers, etc to achieve that muscle-bike look. So the question is; "Can I enter it in the MBBO?"

Very good points. My original plan was to overhaul it, add fat knobbies and number plates and leave it alone. Maybe I will.
