Allright who knows this fork??? I found it on Craigslist and have been wanting to straighten out the "LOOK" of my Dyno Enduro 7 which was visually challenged when made. Then I got really lost in my head or something and put a rock shock on her.......
So here's what I got for 50$ besides a bunch of work to, "make it mine."

The frame will be up for grabs and I'd be willing to work a killer deal/trade, PM me if interested;

This is the emblem that says Choppers U.S.;

Here's the, "it's going where," shot;

I will be retaining the Mountain research front disc, have to make some clamp/mounts for the caliper at work. I will post those pictures later!

The fork is from wwwchoppersus.com
Its similar, but not quite as cool as my Schwinn Spoiler fork. :p

Thanx Kingfish, I went immediatly to the garage to work on bikes....
After working on US choppers fork it's a high quality very nice piece, mine is used and shamefully rusty, but it is salvagable with a sherwin williams make over, and modifications...
Next comes the final mock up and cutting, looks like 6" needs to come of to get that "right," stance. Then I have to remove the bungs, retap the front spriner legs and assemble.

Someone is about to get my buisiness for a shifter, wonder who.....oh yeah that site sponsor!!!

Here's the final mock up, I am going to lose the fenders.

That is a 7" cutt off the stationary legs, 7.5"s off the springer legs, at full compression the tire just touches the bottom crown. Probably ditch the top springs and run shorter bolts, witha rubber washer under the head so it doesn't bang.

Here it is finished, the Dyno's makeover is closer, different shimano pedals, disc brake caliper mount, safety pin saddle, stem, and a shifter....

In addition I will be replacing the springs, the top ones are overkill, not needed, maybe a rubber bumper, they are to weak as well!~I have to relocate the drop out, most likely between the fork legs, then saw off the excess.

Here's the dropouts I made, these are going to work, final shape to be determined!

It works great, springs are going to work but still eliminating the top springs.

I can ride no hands it's so close right now, need to adjust the link.
