Ok so I'm in on this build off. I'm starting by taking this trike down to the frame and starting over. This frame was made by welding the front half of a 1944 CWC to the rear half of a 1970's Workman industrial trike.

Yes it looks like a finished trike but I assure you it will not remain this way. I'm going to start out with a rear axle flip to get it lower in the rear and possibly some blocks to get even lower. Full repaint... The front wheel will be swapped for something smaller and the front end slammed down low. I'm going for taildragger vibes here. Don't know exactly what I'm gonna do but I'm break it down and let the bike speak to me a bit and go from there. Whatever it becomes I promise it will be cool.

When you say 'taking down the frame' you mean taking down the frame!

Wow, the talent you folks have here is incredible. Some have a knack for creating patina and you have a wonderful ability to make speed holes and full rust penetration look just like rust holes! Keep up the good work....

Great idea for old meets new cruiser trike. This should be fun.

Got this on an eBay auction that may find it's way into this frame... Hope it fits but if not I may modify it to work.

Well I hate to do it but I'm throwing in the towel. Things have imploded at work and I can't get a day off work for anything so I don't have time to build and it doesn't look to be changing any time soon.

Well after all the sad faces I will try to find some time to work on this thing. I got my rear fenders the other day. This big metal band clamp was at the flea market and chopped in half it will fit the bill perfectly.

Pics... Also a hint of things planned in the future if I ever get time off work.

Hint: 5 Trumpets on 125psi for those joggers with their headphones in who won't let you pass on the trails...😈
