I scored a really nice 24" rear five speed wheel / drum brake setup on ebay recently. The trouble is, when it arrived, the actuator arm was missing on the drum brake even though it was clearly shown in the photographs. I've contacted the seller who doesn't know what could have happened to it. It's a reputable seller, so I believe it's actually lost.
The wheel was advertised as a Sears setup. Does anyone know what kind of drum brake setup came on older Sears bikes? The rim has a single knurled strip down the center much like the Schwinn S-7's.
I can't find any markings on the wheel itself although it has a suspicious grind mark in one location on either side of the knurling.
I don't want to send it back if I don't have to but it's useless as it sits now.
Any ideas?

I had one of those. Came on Sear Spyder 500. Grimea made in Italy. The tire size is something silly like a 24 x1 3/8" Not Schwinn.
