Saved these from certain fate on Saturday.
30's Elgin, extensive surface rust but no pitting. cranks and headset still turn freely. Couple of nice glass reflectors.
Metal clad wood wheels were toast (even by my standards). amazingly the axle nuts came off without much trouble and the wheel adjusters have some movement. The ferders were in OK Shape, and if someone hadn't tossed a futon on top of the Elgin the rear fender wouldn't have that big dent in it. :x
Interresting Bridgestone ladies bike with rod brakes and 26" wheels. The wheels are kind of neat wide / low profile clinchers and the fenders are in great shape with a neat profile. Might just use these parts to make the Elgin a runner. Other than that i just see some nice donor steel tubing....
Interresting glass reflector or light. Also looks like a wheel lock but no key hole? I'll have to disect it.
