early 20in. frame Cleveland Welding

Posted this bike in the fresh finds yesterday, just wondering if anyone has any idea on year, make, model? It is a 20 inch bike

Frame is late '49 to the best of my knowledge. I don't know what the little symbol after the number means.

Just tore the bike down today & brought it to my friend to bead blast the whole thing. Then i'm planning on putting it together & making it ride again. Not sure about paint yet, but it should be a cool little bike though. Here are some more pics.

That's a neat little guy! ACw is the suffix in the serial and is generally associated with 50-51. Though I'm sure that's not 100% watertight, so late '49 would fly in my book too.

Jason, I was kinda wondering what that little mark was on there too? There is a "0" on the back dropouts on both sides too....

I'll put up pics as soon as i get the bike back, it was small enough to fit right in the bead blast cabinet, so shouldn't be long :lol:

got the frame all blasted & primed. Getting ready to paint it and re-assemble
