Early 50's Schwinn! Please help!

I would love to know the year but I know schwinn reused vin numbers for a couple yeats so Im not sure with the fork darts and this name "leader" on the chain guard which I believe to be a real standard model style boys bike. Please help!!

The biggest thing is the name of the bike, I seem to have the year narrowed down to 54 or 53, I have checked a lot of the date code sites and got two answers..But the Schwinn "leader" seems to be in the 1953 catalog as a boys equipped standard model with the light and truss rods being the addition to the standard bike line…Ive just never heard of the "Leader" part so was curious if anyone knows the real story behind it
 
If there's a "Leader" in the catalog, it looks like you have one. Never heard of that one. Learn something new everyday on this forum. Gary
