He's asking $600....IS the asking price legit on what he's asking...really.

Nuts. And if he thinks the bike has appreciated that much, I doubt he can be reasoned with, and will take insult at suggesting a reasonable ($200-300) price.

I thought the price was a little absurd. New ones are going for $700 around that range for Ratrod's & Straight 8.

8 year old bike... True I think he won't understand a price of 200-300. I would pay $300 tops.

see if you can find one to test ride before you buy ... the riding position is a little hard to take
that why i sold my switchblade ... and the guy i sold it to .. sold it also ... your pushing yourself
off the back of the seat as you pedal ... you kind of have to pull yourself forway with the bars ..
just say I would try one before I spend the cash...

Yeah true that Henry. I'm 6'0" 215 lbs. Usually just ride full suspension mountain bikes on shore trails. Just looking for a street cruiser for the downtown sidewalks etc.

Another make I was checking out was the 'Sparker' an '09.

I agree his price is way out of line. I owned one and I will tell you it rides much better than the Nirve Switchblade. I never felt like I was being pushed off the back of the seat. It's not correct to compare the two rides because the Electra Jeremy rides like a dream. Take it for a ride and mention to him what they sold for new. Once, he knows your an educated buyer he may come down to reality...worth a try....good luck....
