There is a green Electra Rally Sport posted near me and I was wondering if anybody can tell me mthe size of the frame, from crank to seat tube top?

Same as standard Electra cruiser, they share the geometry. Here are the measurements:
Top Tube - 69.8 cm - 27.5 in
Seat Tube - 43.0 cm - 16.9 in
Stand Over Height - 77.4 cm - 30.5 in
Wheel Base - 119.5 cm - 47.1 in

And here is a curious thing i found online while checking for those measurements. Frame builders, might be useful for you!

Saw that one on CL. Love the color. I have a black one in the basement if you want a more specific measurement.

Given the forward crank placement, if the actual seat tube length is 16.9", I'd guess the distance is about the same as the average ''cruiser".

ah well, at 6' 1" i need something a little "above average". Nice looking bike though

I'm 6' 2", and can totally recommend you Ghostrider. It is the biggest of all Electra frames, and it is very comfortable to ride.
