Check out this new limited edition electric bike. Sure looks like a Felt frame. I don't know if all the parts add up to the $4995 price. But some of the details are cool.

I think it looks pretty nice but I would have preferred to see ICON use a custom frame from a smaller cottage frame maker or even something like the German made Hawk Hudson as a base:

Even though it would surely tack another grand on the price tag I think it would be a better fit to the ICON brand to have gone this route.

The V-twin shaped battery compartment is not an original idea but it looks neat anyways. Personally I like my human powered ICON inspired build better: http://www.ratrodbikes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=67728&start=30
