Bought this project from another collector on the CABE. Then I added the correct saddle, ball end grips, nicer wheels and correct 28" single tube tires and cross bar handlebars. I bent and bolted a small piece of metal to complete the last missing section of rear carrier.

Now I have gone a different direction and added a nicer heavy duty chain, new Coke bottle grips and 700c modern wheels and tires from Vitagirl! What do you think? It rides real nice but could use a taller stem for my height knees are close when making tight turns.

Maybe you could find a way to dull the shine on those rims tho...

Agree with Horsefarmer, rims are a little too shiny, but other than that, it's great! I always love an old bike that's rideable.
