The light shroud pieces do fit together nicely went mounted. There is some light/med damage on left side top tube (lower)area as in pics.
Note there is no light switch hole or wiring present, so consider your usage and options for your rider, display or Rat bike.

I'm still considering using it myself, meantime will also consider sale or trades for an Elgin Twin 20 headtube shroud, an Evansaction Springer Fork, Colson Looptail tank, guard, Colson (or branded) head badge, a Zep Style or SK/duralium boys frame-project.
