Elgin TWIN BAR parts needed: Fork-Rack-Fenders-Twin Lights-Seat Mount

Hello RRB'ers
I have a TWIN Bar Elgin build that I am attempting to do on the YELLOW bike pictured here...
I'm building this one as a Blue Model 40 which has the Twin Headlights and rear rack with Battery & Horn Pod.
The fenders would need to be the Peaked style with "Over-the-fork-crown" for the Front.

On the RED frame shown I plan to do a Custom build BUT still need the important "Seat-Mounting-Assembly"

Can any of you RRB'ers help me with these parts ... OR ... a Lead to find them ?? Thank you! CCR Dave

With any luck in 9 months there will be a 16" wheel version of the TwinBar .... but then again ... it will require a miracle since "Mr. TwinBar" is 81 years old
