Elgin?

Any idea on this odd lowrider? Haven't eye-balled it in person so I'm unsure if it's factory or backyard, at least regarding the frame. I'm sure the forks are modified. Possibly an old Elgin/Murray? Any help would be appreciated.

Cool although I wonder about the seat tube being cut & done like that. The dropouts show it's an AMF.

The og Elgin Twins had rear facing dropouts, and no canti bars! :mrgreen: -Adam
