we cheat... mixing is done in pressure pots. pour it through a filter into the pot and mix. mix ratio is 3 to 1 to 20% reducer per weather/humidity so easy math.
by far this was one of the closest to body shop/automotive jobs we have done. like going back to my roots. i love base/clear. so many more options then single stage we normally use.
maybe now some of these fat cats will see it and we'll get to do it a few more times.
my dream paint job for a plane is flames :shock: think of the calls 911 would get from that paint job lol :mrgreen:
