Routed the cables making sure they won't bind when the bike is folded.

Adjusted the gears and brakes and went for a test ride. Just a few minor adjustments on the brakes and it's off-road worthy. The gearing worked out fine. It's 20 degrees hotter outside than down in the shop, heat index of 95 at noon. I'll take another ride in the morning.

I folded it to see how compact it is. With those big tires it's still a large thing. It may or may not fit in the back of our vehicle.

Now it's done until dismantling for painting and graphics.
To fit in the back easier, you could pop off the front tire when taking it places.

Even non folders, anytime I've put a bike in the trunk of the old dart, or dropped the seats in the wife's challenger amd used its trunk, I take off the front tire for easier fitment and ease to put it in a car
