I got all wet up my back on yesterdays ride as I have no rear fender for my fat bike. It will also help preserve it as it will keep some of the salt and sand out of the drivetrain. I already have a homemade front fender.
Old road bike fender from a bike someone gave me.

Piece cut out of an old kids sled stapled to the fender half's. The sled was a dumpster find.

Stay tuned for more calking, duct tape and zip tie mounting. The Shoe goo has to dry before I can continue.

I finished it and rode 10 miles with our group. We had several guest families riding with us. One family of 4 from Illinois and two from Wisconsin. They rented fat bikes and had a lot of fun. Ma and Pa plus adult children.
