They don't rub on rear stays, but are extremely close. Your wheels have to be very true. The fork legs rubbed just a bit so I filed themn just enough to clear.

Many people think you have to have a beach cruiser to rat rod it but what you have done should convert that narrow mindness. I like your atatude rat what ya got, that's the true ratter mind set. Love it totally gives me a few ideas I have an old Sears ten speed to build. I want to see your sprocket if you could.

Where did you get those chain tread tires??? I have a pair of original US Royal Chain tires, but my side walls look alot differnt. I would love to find some nos tires, or re-pops (mine are cracked really bad).
