A Happy RAT ROD Father's Day to all the great dads out there. I know my Father's Day is great......My oldest son came home as a surprise for the weekend (he's with the US Army 82nd Airborne) even though his battalion is preparing for their second deployment to Iraq.....so he's pulled a 1300 mile weekend drive just to see me .
And both my younger kids came home for the weekend as well, so all my kids came to see me on this special day. I coulnd't ask for a better day. And a BIG Happy Father's Day to my DAD, my hero!

Special props to all our das who put together our bikes on Christmas eve! And to my dad, who's no longer with us, but who sanded my rusty Corvette and repainted it in black lacquer in the garage,way back in the day! Congrats to elvis51 on your 1st, this year is my 2nd! Belated happy Fathers day to you Dad's and congrats to the new Dads.
Ours was mostly phone calls. My Dad and Mom are in Alaska visiting my Daughter. I called my Dad to wish him a happy Fathers day and later my Daughter called me for the same. She also sent this copy of an old photo of her and I that she had. Probably around 1984.
