Faux oxidation

Anyone have tips on oxidizing paint?
I'm not going for the rusty fauxtina look, trying to accomplish the faded 30 years in the sun look.

You know how red turns pink, or blue turns light blue over time. That's what I need.

I'll test that, I only have two weeks to figure it out.

UV light, but I don't know if two weeks would be enough to do it or not.

Emulate nature, heat gun, UV, Water, light steel wool a bit.

I don't know if that would fade the paint, but it would make it rust. And I'm trying to avoid rust.

I build a lot of weathered model cars. To make it look faded/chalky. I'd dust it with testers dullcote. Most craft stores cary it. Then I'd white wash the area that had the dullcote on it. To do that I'd mix a few drop of white acrylic paint into some water. Make it pretty thin so you can slowly build up the faded finish. I'd either brush it on or spray it out of a dollar store spray bottle. I've used this technique on a model before.

Not on the process, I'll have to try it on another build.
The guy I'm currently building for saw the color and liked it, he said don't bother aging it.

So I'm just gonna spray a matte clear over it.
