I have done my due diligence in researching (some google searches returned this VERY forum), and have decided mine will go a different direction. I want a cool and interesting paint job on the OCC Stingray.
My thought was to strip it down, paint rust in the crevices, paint a little skull and crossbones at the “tank” area. Do some “fading”, then coat the whole thing with a Linseed Oil/turpentine mixture, recoating on occasion. My vision? Bare metal with age.
Suggestions/comments?
