its a schwinn badge made for Maurice J Frank "The Cycle Man"
it went to a serious badge collector for some real nice $$$

my fav. head badge on a bike i've owned has to be this ccm badge (canadian cycle & motor)

it was on this mono shock bmx (late 70's early 80's)

Yeah, they are all mine. I was thinking of asking if that was your Merkel badge. That would look perfect on my Maldwyn build.
