Every Felt 3 speed I've seen has the shifter where the entire grip turns, rather than just having the rubber ring that turns with a shorter grip. I like the full grip shifter, but I don't these for sale anywhere. Is this a special shifter, or is this a standard shifter and grip with some kind of sleeve over the outer 2/3rds to allow the whole shifter to turn? If it's a unique shifter does anybody know who sells these? And why in the heck doesn't Felt sell every part available on their bikes separately? There's been a few dozen times I've seen something on a stock Felt cruiser that I would buy in a heartbeat, but I can't buy the part without buying a whole bike. WHY?!?!
