Fender Skirts

I tried searching but came up with nothing. Has anyone ever made fender skirts? If so how hard and what did you use. Thank you

There are the skirts that were found on old JC Higgins girls bikes, but they didn't fill the entire fender, only the front half. I assume that you mean something that goes all the way to the rear of the fender, right? I've thought about doing something like that, but haven't followed through with it.

I thought I heard something a while back about doing this with garbage can lids but I can't find it now.

I recall trash can lids being used for aero discs, but the principle would be the same...
