what is the best way do remove dents out of a fender i only have the average shop tools nothing to fancy

My way?

Bondo and spot putty.

Bang them out with a hammer from the back :wink:

If its steel do some mild banging with hammer & dolly, to you get all even surface, and finish with bondo..
Wood blocks (could be shaped for the fender, are also a good tip to hammer against...

I used the rounded butt end of a screwdriver and a workbench. It worked pretty well for the small stuff without creating new dents.
