Picture #9 - Is the bike painted blue at this point or is that just the way the pic turned out?

Painted blue, the pictures where the bike is hanging is a primer coat that kind of looks green in the pictures. I primed the bike after taking off all the yellow paint. I do not have a picture of the bike at the bare metal stage though. The top coasts are matte blue. Picture 9 shows new rims and tires, new stem, new handlebars, new adapter for the three-piece crank, and new bottom bracket.

The Head badge is original, it came with the bike when I bought it. I went up to Jacksonville to meet with Emory himself to buy the decals.
