Recently bought this from a friend of mine for $100. This is my first mountain bike in probably 20 years other than my Bridgestone I got for Christmas as a kid. I don't trail ride but thought it would be great for around town because all I have are the old classics Schwinns that are not very practical. Was this worth $100 and are these good bikes? Thanks in advance. It is a 21 inch frame. I am 6 foot 7.

Going by the bicycle blue book, it was 300 dollar bike new, probably. So, if it's in good shape, it is probably not a bad deal at 100 bucks.

Nice entry level older Hardtail mtn bike great for double track or fire road trails. Have fun on it.
