First OCC Bike...

So I got my first OCC bike...From a guy at work. He's kinda a ratbiker... :roll: This is what she looked like the day I brought her home:

He had remounted the rear fender, so that it was held on by only one screw...cuz' he "liked to see metal"...

Ok...I'm down with the concept...But it rattled like he\\! So I put it back. He said he'd bought it at Sam's Club assembled...I guess he didn't notice that the front wheel was on bassackwards:

Next I stripped all those cheesy decals off:

And added a tail light:

Today I fabbed a new seatpost that would allow me to put any seat on her that I wanted:

So now she looks like this:

I gotta say...imo that's one cool lookin' bike! 8) I get a lot of positive comments when I ride by...Next up is a thourogh clean and wax...Then skulls and some spikes...I've got a headlight in the works but if anyone had an old skool headlight they'd like to get rid of... :mrgreen: let me know...

You know what bud? They are actually GOLD...The guy I got the bike from had rattle canned 'em flat black...I put 'em on my rat bike...I think I'm gonna try and re-finish 'em...Krylon has this "Anodized" finish...So, no...Not for sale...Sorry! Thanks for ask'n! :mrgreen:

Haaa! I spent a freakin hour pulling the saddle apart to add the crash bar to it...and yes that is a mirror attached to my 'Luggage' rack... :mrgreen:

PS it's not cracked, it's a reflection of the cellar pole...for lack of the real term.

I think the mirror looks so cool like chrome, I love reflections and and shiny things, you can ask me why, but I may not have the same answer twice...hahah 8)
