First time build - any idea what this is??

I've started a build thread over in the builds section, but thought I'd post a pic of the frame I have. Anyone have any idea what this might be?

Looks Schwinn to me. Someone probably drilled the holes in the dropouts and added the guides/brackets?

That could be a pretty good explanation. The holes near the dropouts aren't perfect and the welds on the chain guard brackets and cable buides are pretty terrible.

Someone suggested in the build thread that it could be a Schwinn Cruiser 5 (early 80's?). It looks pretty .... similar to a Cruiser 5.
