Yes, she is a street legal motor assisted pedal cycle and you do not need a license or registration. She will cruise at 53 km\hr and will do about 62 km\hr flat chat on the level. It pulls well up hills and average speed on a hilly twisting road is about 44 kms which is about the same as a car. She does 80 km to a litre of petrol. She has a reduction gearbox, a centrifugal clutch and an in\out gear engager lever. Her biggest drawback is the cursed kiddy coaster brake that American cruisers seem so fixated on using. they are bad enough on a bike with two brakes but in the States that is all they come with and I can't see how people tolerate them.
