Found a Broken Dahon folder and need help

Picked this poor broken folder and need help. Looking for other folder owners to take a picture of where the triangle meets the steer tube. What ever bracket was there is broken off and gone. Just some close up pics of different angles of the set up.

Close up of the broken missing part, what I need is a close up or even a new steering post if you have an extra. I just have it wired up is all.

Here is bighit's folder. It looks like a knob the triangle to the the steer tube.
