Just found out that one of my old schwinns is actually a 61' panther III missing only the tank/plate between the top tube and two small tubes. Headlight, racks, etc. are still there. I could not seem to find it due to the serial numbers being too hard to read. I found a picture of it. Does anyone know if these are very rare bikes? I already have it painted and ready to go back but, ratted. Am I an idiot for not restoring it? :shock:
