I found this in the trash today I don't really know that much about it can't find any numbers need to look better It has skyrider on the tank thanks guy's.

Here's a good place to start on Google images... AMF Roadmaster Skyrider bicycle.

Cleveland Welding style AMF. My guess would be early mid-60s. Not worth much in that condition, but for the price of picking it up, well worth it. If you wanted to you could probably sell off the sheet metal here for more than the whole bike is worth and still have an old bike.

Picked up the male version of that frame last October for the same price as yours. Best guestimate is 1964-65 era.
