FRAME BUILD HELP

looking to make myself a frame like the pictures below. not sure where to start or what type of frame to get to started with. at the moment i have a old racing bike frame to use. total beginner to all this!

What I found to be really helpful is to lay your frame on a big sheet of paper and trace it out. then with a straight edge you can draw in the tubes you want to make and get a good idea of how it's all going to work out. After that it's just a matter of bending up the tubing, shaping the ends and welding it up.

Since you will be making both the top and center tube why not start with a girls frame free or cheap this is what I did.

Girls frames are cheap and plentiful and worth destroying. The only better option I can imagine is to find a camelback 70's racer and add the lower tube. The whole thing is one bar short of being a motorbike anyways.
