Frame size ??

Hi all how to you measure the frame size. I just got a Cadet bike and I was thinking that you would measure from the handle bars to the seat ?

Don't quote me on it but i think it's from the bottom bracket (crank) to the top of the seat post. but i could be wrong I know some bikes are measured differently.

I believe that's true. From the bottom bracket to seat post!

Thanks guys , The bike I got is called a Cadet it just looks small to me ?

and more precisely it's the center of the bottom bracket.
