Frankenstein or Real?

There is a local bike/crap guy here that sent me these pics and was wanting to know if i had any info on this bike. I know nothing about it so I turn to my fellow ratters. He says it says Troxel on the head badge, to me it looks like a frankenstein bike but not sure
what you think?

I think there'd be negative trail, er, caster with the forks turned that way, think I'd try flipping them. :| Frankenstein or Real? :? I dunno. :|
