From the region in France known as Allentown, PA...the air pump brackets say 'Made in France' which is where the seller got the idea it was French. It's a Ross Professional Gran Tour & I just couldn't keep from forking over $20 at a yard sale for it. Maybe it's because my very first 2 wheeler was a Ross Barracuda or was it the quality components (Suntour, SR, etc.)or is it just that I have a problem ...road bikes are not really my thing, but the monkey on my back wouldn't let me leave it there. I told him, "fine, ride home on it then...oh, there's no seat? too bad!!!" I think I will just grease it up & try to flip it or maybe I'll finally get around to building a fixie. I need to find the right seat post before I do anything...
