Cool scores.
That red/green light is for the bow of a boat.
I bought one of those rocket ornaments recently. Both myself and the seller initially thought it was from an old bike, but once I got it, I realized it was a cool more modern piece. Mine is missing the read flame. Perfect size for a bike fender though.

There is a 2002 date on the hood ornament package. And it is of plastic composition, just looks Flash Gordon old.

I wasn't disappointed at all in mine. It's still pretty cool. There is a read turbine that spins with the wind and I bet that your flame section spins on an axle with it.

I guess I'll have open it up, found it in pile of real deal hood figureheads.

Are you sure thats a direction light? It looks like it might be a Great Lakes running light for an under 12 meter boat. It looks red and green which is the required colors for the bow light. The head of navigation on the Great Lakes is Duluth and returning to it you keep your red light on the right side of the channel or "Red Right Return". I have an almost identical one for my boats, you can use it on several as all you have to do is unclamp it and put it on the boat you will be running at night. I also have a similar stern light with a clamp. Both are required for night running. They are from the 70s if the lens is plastic, glass from the 60s I think. I also have one I modified with just a red lens for a back up if my trailer lights go out and I can clamp the red lens flashlight like light on my trailer. Anyway, it's a nice one, better than the plastic junk they make now.

You are probably correct, just thought they were called directional lights.

My wife found this sign, at least it doesn't include the word "More".

I have a similar sign. Same words. Hanging in the garage. That way I can tell the wife the bikes are a figment of her imagination. The sign clearly says "no bicycles"

1930's? Metalcraft Scamp wagon. It is missing headlight, tongue should green to match wheels. It has been repainted but the the original graphics are visible through the paint. Tire rubber had some cracking. All four fender emblems are intact. A restored one sold on Barrett Jackson for 2300+ a few years back.
