Have fun! Fugsley was a fun and challenging bike to build but even more fun to ride.
By the looks of your chainline, the 80 is a perfect fit, a 90 is about 7-8mm wider each side...kingfish254,I did it!!
I went to the local motorcycle store and picked up 4 used Dunlop D404 Rear Motorcycle Tire size 150/80B-16 (71H) for free!!
I asked the store owner if he had some "90B16" tires,he said that was a rare size and didn't have any but he did have 4 Dunlop rear tires in size "80B16" and he said as long as the number "16" was in the equation that they should fit and he was right! the tires slipped on perfectly on the occ rear rim with hardly any struggle.
The chainline just barely made it ,no rubbing whatsoever but I did add a spacer on the non-drive side just to make sure there was no rubbing on the tire from the chain.
This tire looks huge on the occ chopper and the ride just feels great! Once I got it rolling it was smooth sailing,I love my chopper now!!
Thank you kingfish254 for the creation of the Fugsley ,it has truly inspired me!!
