fuji sports 10 and need something stupid

so i came across a good deal on the below bike but i need a bracket for the brakes i've made several failed attempts at making one but......anywho here's the bike and pic of what i need if anyone has one please let me know. I know making one should be easy but for some reason i just can't pull it off
