I found it at my local (new in town) O'Reilly Auto Parts; they also have Krylon, which has been good to me in the past.

In our locale it seems Pep Boys carries the best selection of Duplicolor products

In my town, duplicolor can be found at o'reilly's, advance, autozone, and a smaller shop called ferrystones. I remember long ago PEP BOYS carried a really great spray laquer. I can't remember the brand name, but it said body shop paint on the can. It went on thick and kind of dimply, but it was more durable, and with a little rubbing compound it looked better than duplicolor.
