Man, if the vinyl on the seat didn't even get scorched in the blaze, it's probably just smoke damage! That should clean up pretty good. Love the seatpost, crank is excellent too

Score! Look around the dropouts for an engraved D looks to be a mid school Dyno (late 1990's). If so worth $100-$300 depending on your area and the condition and amount of original parts.

Also if in a garage fire I'd blow it apart and re-grease everything as the grease can turn to liquid and run out with extreme heat.
