It is a Snyder frame, not sure what the E is

Could be "Snyder Enterprises". That chainguard should make it a '63 or later. In fact, I have the '63 M/W catalog, and yours does look like the "Deluxe Forard Flair" model, though the illustration of the girls' version is teeny. It does say the girls' is offered in blue. -Adam
